Healthy Ageing and Master Swimming
Together with her partners LEN, British Swimming, Leader Communicare Interculture, the Royal Dutch Swimming Federation invites you to take part in the interesting seminar on “Healthy Ageing and Master Swimming”. International speakers will introduce their view, advice and specialized information on the subjects health and nutrition. Afterwards, you will get the opportunity to interact with other participants while having some drinks and snacks.
The program for the evening is:
7:00pm Welcome and introduction
7:10pm Presentation project ‘Healthy ageing and Master Swimming’
7:20pm ‘Why swimming?’
7:50pm ‘Nutrition’
8:20pm Questions
8:40pm Drinks, snacks & informal get together
9.30pm End of program
The seminar will take place on September 5th 2013 at 7:00pm at the Fontys University, in a few minutes walking distance of the Pieter van den Hoogenband Swimming Stadium, and will take about 1,5 hours.
