Joe Norris accepts "Best Independent Sports Betting Platform 2026" for Get Your Tips Out at The European Awards
Joe Norris, Horse Racing Tipster and co-founder of Get Your Tips Out, accepted the award for Best Independent Sports Betting Platform 2026 at The European Awards on behalf of GYTO. For the man behind so many of GYTO's daily racing selections, it is a fitting reward.
At the heart of GYTO since 2009
Joe co-founded Get Your Tips Out with Dave Potter in 2009. According to The European Awards, he has been central to the platform's tipping output ever since, pairing form analysis with a data-led approach to daily selections.
Most days start the same way: the day's racing, the form and the statistics, then the tips. GYTO publishes free horse racing tips for the UK and Ireland, plus racing tips from America and Australia.
"Every single day"
In accepting the award, Joe was keen to share the credit:
"This award means a great deal to everyone at Get Your Tips Out. It recognises years of early mornings, form study and the discipline of putting out selections every single day, and I accept it on behalf of the whole team rather than any one person. We are grateful to our subscribers and to The European Awards for recognising independent tipping done properly."
What the judges saw
The European Awards says GYTO took 82% of the total vote in the Sports Betting category. It reports that verified clients rated the company strongly on consistency, accessibility and the quality of its daily selections.
Its expert panel judged each platform on methodology, transparency, value to users and long-term track record, and says GYTO performed strongly on every measure. The jury described GYTO as pairing "genuine analytical rigour with a product that ordinary bettors can actually use."
A well-earned award
Awards in tipping are easy to talk about and hard to earn, because the work never stops. There is a new card tomorrow, and the day after. Joe and the GYTO team have kept that going for more than fifteen years, and this award recognises it.
